RETURNS

Let’s talk returns… If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags attached. We will inspect the item and it will not be able to be exchanged or receive a store credit if we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair, any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn. It is important to understand that we are not responsible for items if they have been washed.  Once the item has been purchased it is your responsibility to appropriately take care of the purchased item.

To request a return, please email SHOP@PEACALOOBOUTIQUE.COM with your order number in the subject line or come into the store. Please provide an explanation for the return and whether you would like to get a store credit or exchange.  We will then let you know whether we can exchange the item or offer a store credit.  (We do not offer return labels.)

Please do not send back an item without first getting an authorization email from Peacaloo.

Once your return is received, it takes about 7 calendar days to process your return. Once your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a discount code.

We have the right to deny exchanges and credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return or exchange policy requirements.

Sale merchandise, items bought with a coupon code, sale items, mystery items, and custom orders are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also NOT returnable or exchangeable.
