WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process and will be shipped out immediately after your order is placed. Custom orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process and will be shipped out immediately after processing.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once order is placed an email confirmation will be sent. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within 5-7 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We hope you love any item you get from Peacaloo, but we understand if it just doesn't work out. Once your return is received via the mail, it takes about 7 business days to process your return. Once your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a discount code.
To request a return, you must first email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Please provide an explanation for the return and whether you would like to get a store credit or exchange. We will then let you know whether we can exchange the item or offer a store credit. (Due to our free shipping policy and small business, we do not offer return labels.) Please do not send back an item without first getting an authorization email from Peacaloo.
RETURNS and EXCHANGED items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
Sale merchandise and custom orders are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have the right to deny credits or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return OR exchange policy requirements. If the item is returned and we are unable to accept the item, we will not return the item and you will not receive a store credit or exchange.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTE:
All orders ship within the US via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the package is shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond what is supplied by the USPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Free standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
Please contact us if you are needing your order sooner than 5 business days from your order date. We will reach out via email or phone ASAP to inform you if we suspect your order will take longer than usual to fulfill.
