WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders take 1-2 to process and will be shipped out immediately after your order is placed. Shipping varies by state.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once order is placed an email confirmation will be sent. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return is received, it takes about 7 business days to process your return. Once your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a discount code.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTE:
All orders ship within the US via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the package is picked up. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Free standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer exchange or store credit within 7 business days of receipt.

RETURNS and EXCHANGED items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
Sale merchandise and custom orders are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return OR exchange policy requirements.
Please contact us if you are needing your order sooner than 5 business days from your order date. We will reach out via email or phone ASAP to inform you if we suspect your order will take longer than usual to fulfill.
